By SARITA CHOUREY The Senate gave its third and final reading to the compromise bill Tuesday and sent it to the House, which is in recess until April 13. Sen. Clementa Pinckney, D-Ridgeland, added his name as a cosponsor to the amendment drafted by Sen. Tom Davis, R-Beaufort.
