So i&#8217;m writing a short story and just wanted to get some feedback before i keep going.</p>
<p>Charles is the son of two wealthy entrepreneurs and he never had to worry about a single thing in his life until now. He came home early one night to see that his girlfriend Emily, and his best friend Eric naked on the bed. He gets furious but Eric blames that he wasn&#8217;t there for Emily. Then they struggle and Eric pushed Charles onto a heavy glass table and hits his head. Thinking that Charles is dead, both Emily and Eric leave the house. </p>
<p>Em and Eric comes up with an idea that Eric should pretend to be Charles so they can get married and receive his parents&#8217; fortune. Emily starts teaching Eric what Charles&#8217; favorite foods are, his music, movies, books, and who he knows and what habits he has. Eric then receives a plastic surgery to try to look like Charles. </p>
<p>Five years later, Charles has been getting help with his broken back from his private doctor who promised him not to tell Emily and Eric that he&#8217;s still alive. Soon Charles gets a plastic surgery to make him look like Eric. Then he appears in front of &#8220;Charles&#8221; acting like &#8220;Eric&#8221;. Emily and Eric are both stunned to see who this is. </p>
<p>In the end it turns out that Eric is Charles&#8217; biological brother who he thought died when he was born. But actually, Charles&#8217; parents didn&#8217;t plan on having another child after Charles so they abandoned him. Eric grew up planning a revenge against Charles and his family, but his plan backfired when Charles, who is now &#8220;Eric&#8221;, sells Eric&#8217;s house, his car, and donates all his money to charity. &#8220;Charles&#8221; and &#8220;Eric&#8221; hold each other and accept their apologies, while Emily, feeling she was being used this whole time, shoot both of them in the head before killing herself. </p>
<p>Do you think this &#8220;plot twist&#8221; has been used way too many times?<br />

Okay, so I am a single parent with two children currently unemployed as to the cause that on 12/17/2010 my position as manager of these apartments was terminated because the company was bought by this other company and apparently they didnt want me as manage. So, I kind of knew they were planning to sell the property to a new owner (who accepted to buy the property with the tenants of the apt. as well all together.) So, I planned ahead and applied as a &#8220;tenant&#8221; and not a manager. The application became effective 12/01/2010 (I already paid the rent). And also the apt. are under HUD. So, what happened is that they sent me a 30 day notice to move out because my management contract ended. But I told them &#8220;i am enrolled as a tenant now&#8221; So, they came up with this story about how my application was false , that the &#8220;voucher for the HUD&#8221; became effective until 12/22/2010 so&#8230;..basically they were in charge of who becomes a tenant since the day the company was bought on the 17th&#8230;.so it somehow gives them the right to choose who gets accepted as of the 17th and my voucher became effective 4 days after they bought the property. So, my question is can they kick me out legally? Can i report them to HUD for fraud? I mean, I paid already and its not my fault that HUD took 21 days after i applied as tenant to send them the vertification letter for a vouchure. Please help, I&#8217;ll give you as many points as i can give!!!!!!</p>

my wife &#8220;now&#8221; (girl friend then) got doopped into buying a house  that we live in now (she the only one on the loan) i think the inspector,realtor had some deal. she was talked into this with the idea that the city &#8220;was on the rise&#8221; well it has only gotten so we live in fear we found a house that we can live in forever never have to move again <img src='http://i-need-to-sell-my-house-fast.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  oh! shes about to have our first baby and this is not the place to bring up a child <img src='http://i-need-to-sell-my-house-fast.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />  we can&#8217;t sell and can&#8217;t loose this other house we are willing to take a 25,000 dolor hit to get the x#$  %^&#038;* out or have me take out a loan alone and let this one foreclose i don&#8217;t want to ask the bank for obvious reasons is this at all possible?<br />
it&#8217;s not money we both do well it&#8217;s the place we live the crime can&#8217;t take it any more i can afford the new home on my own its getting out of this one we can&#8217;t afford both and on paper she can afford this house on her own so&#8230;.. i,m just afrade of asking the bank with this blowing up in my face</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong><i>Question by </i>: How do I handle not being able to drive a racecar again?</strong><br />
I&#8217;m 14, and I drive racecars (1/4 Midgets). My dad has recently told me that we will be selling the cars and trailer at the end of this season. His reasons being that I am good, but not great, which I feel is slightly untrue. I crashed while leading a National Championship race, and was 9 for 9 in wins over the first nine races last season, and I have won races from New Jersey to Michigan. His other reason is money. I have looked into sponsors, but none are interested unless I move up the racing ladder to bigger cars. This is understandable. However a friend of mine moved away because of money problems, has two sisters in college, and is racing on a National Tour, and then says he will move into Late Model Stock Cars. I live in a nice area and I don&#8217;t understand this part of it, as I live in a probably 850,000 grand house (with several houses over the million mark in my neighborhood) with a bar being put in currently. My dad has told me that it is too much work, even though I help him work on the cars. I feel that this is a truly $  h!tty reason to kill racing for me, as it takes commitment by all sides, and he made that clear to me and himself early on. So the reason I won&#8217;t be racing for at least 8 years is because of that. I&#8217;m afraid that I will have nothing good to be a part of, as racing is my life, and it will be painful to watch it knowing my oppurtunity is taken away. It is also especially painful because for the past 6 years I have been told I would be racing 270cc micro sprint cars after 6 or 7 years. It is also what motivates me to do well in school. I&#8217;m also scared that this may be the end of the greatest thing that has happened to me. Mainly though, I can&#8217;t describe how upsetting this is to me. Should I come up with a deal to get to racing bigger cars? Should I just become as involved as possible? How should I handle this, losing the oppurtunity of a lifelong dream? More info, I am probably going try to drive on short tracks as an adult (on weekends), or work with a NASCAR team on something, or be a writer or photographer, anything involving racing. Also, normally, I race against 20-30 other cars, and have beaten some of the best drivers in the region, while being 20 lbs over the &#8220;fast&#8221; weight. (Thats a lot in quarter midgets). In the championship, I got pinned between 2 cars who tagged me out of a corner, and shot me into the wall with 2 laps left, not denying that I didn&#8217;t push the issue to try to get out of that spot by trying to scare the other drivers into backing down. Came back to 4th then got spun and slammed the wall at the line, where I proceeded to get clobbered by every car in the field, and busted my shoulder. I couldn&#8217;t get my arm above my head until December, and the wreck happened in August. Anyway&#8230; THANK YOU FOR THE HELP.<br />
Should I fight like hell to keep the dream alive?<br />
I have also been on iracing for about a year and a half. And actually, bandeleros are something I would like to race, I have seen them racing.<br />
I also have a summer job, and do lawns in summers and driveways in winter for money. This money goes to racing.</p>

<p><i>Answer by Brandon</i><br/>I used to race quater midgets, then bandoleros, then we ran out of money. I can tell you first hand, 1/4 midgets arent a great test of skill, and is very much about the car. Try going into bandolero or legend cars, where the cars are much more the same as eachother, race on bigger tracks, and are made to not handle great.  This will be a true test of your skill.</p>
<p>In the case that you do stop racing, if you dont have an iracing account, I encourage you to get one.  This may look like a video game, but it is no gran turismo, it is by far the best simulator of all time.  Also, check to see if you have a local indoor karting track. While neither of these come close to the thrill of real racing, they help me deal with not being able to race any more.</p>

One of my neighbors moved about 2 or 3 weeks ago.  They were quick about it (one big truck in one day), but said nothing to anyone.  A couple of days ago, I noticed a for sale sign had been put in front of the house.</p>
<p>It was a typical real estate company &#8220;for sale&#8221; sign, except there was another sign attached at the top which said:  FORECLOSURE.  (Yes, all caps.)</p>
<p>Was that really necessary?  I know this is public information for those who look for it, but why on the sign?  That&#8217;s so mean.</p>
